All annual donors to the DCF are eligible members/voters at this meeting or by prior submitted proxy. An electronic proxy may be submitted below.

Dear Members of the Dublin Community Foundation,

The Annual Meeting of the Dublin Community Foundation will be held on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 4PM in the Meeting Room (lower level) of the Dublin Public Library.

In order that we have a quorum to conduct business, you may attend this meeting or return your signed proxy below to us at PO Box 1036, Dublin. Alternatively, you can vote at our website www.dcf-nh.org, or email your proxy vote to us at dublincommunityfoundation@gmail.com by typing "I/We authorize May Clark to cast my (our) 2024 ballot by proxy." Please state if you approve or disapprove of the slate of directors to be re-elected and include your typed signature. DCF will retain an email record of your proxy vote.
